Check out this post from Life in Israel.  The video shows a series of short outtakes on how not to visit the sick.  It is hilarious and at the same time quite sad.  People feel so compelled to fill a sick person’s room with verbage that they will say anything, even the most inappropriate things, because they believe visiting the sick cannot be done without words.  Educationally, this video is very instructional as we can learn much from seeing what not to do.
